We deliver handcrafted leather shoes and boots across India with complimentary standard shipping on every order. Below is everything you need to know about delivery, returns, refunds, production, and support.
Domestic Orders (India Only)
Complimentary standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
We deliver to all states and union territories, including urban and rural locations.
Return & Exchange Shipping Costs
- Customers pay return shipping costs for exchanges or repairs.
- If a product is defective, Ghalia Hidhaa covers all shipping expenses.
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returns subject to inspection. Returns may be rejected if not in resalable condition.

Eligibility
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Allowed only for size-related issues.
Conditions
- Item must be unworn, with all tags and original packaging.
- Only one exchange per order.
- Replacement must be for the same product (leather, sole, style).
- No returns/cancellations on Flash Sale or custom orders.
- During Sale Events: size exchange or store credit only.

Order Processing
All orders are final — no cancellations.
Size changes:
- Within 24 hours → Free
- After 24 hours (before dispatch) → 15% restocking fee
Sizing is true to Brannock Device measurements. Do not size down. Contact support if unsure.
Custom orders require written confirmation and may incur extra charges.

Leather Characteristics
We use full-grain, uncorrected water buffalo leather. Natural variations are expected and celebrated:
- Grain and texture differences
- Follicle marks
- Natural scars or scratches

- Purchases from unauthorized sellers
